Manicure Pedicure
Manicure
Nourishing your hand with a manicure, which includes cut, shape, cuticles tidy-up, massage and polish. Weekly manicures will help to stimulate nail growth and keep your cuticles and hands in excellence condition.
Pedicure
Pampering your feet with a relaxing spa pedicure, which includes cut, shape, cuticles tidy up, dead skin removal, exfoliation and scrubbing, massage and polish. Having a pedicure every 2-3 weeks will help to maintain healthy toe nails and soft, nourished feet.
Luxury manicure
Upgrade your manicure to a truly Luxury experience. On top of what you get for a normal manicure, extra exfoliation and special Pedi Mask wax are added to make sure your hands are left perfectly soft and pampered.
Luxury pedicure
A truly Balhamurious treatment which leaves your feet light and soft. Special Pedi Mask wax and longer feet massage are added on top of regular pedicure.
Polish change
A simple, straight forward treatment which includes cut and shape your nails, application of cuticle oil and polish of your choice.
Nails Enhancement
Full-set/Overlay
Not happy with the length/strength of your nails? Get it sorted with the application of your preferred choice of a nails enhancement product.
Infill
The maintainment treatment of your enhanced nails. This treatment focuses on the regrowth of your nails and re-shape/size to your preference. It is recommended to have infill every 2-3weeks.
Take off and fullset
This treatment is needed after 4-6 infills ( or every 3 months). The old enhancement product is completely removed and new one is put on for freshness and to check up on the condition of your natural nails.
Note: if apply and remove carefully and professionally, any nails enhancement product will not cause any damage to your natural nails.

Eyelash Extension
Having long, dense and curl lashes is every woman's dream. Depending on your need you can choose to have strip, flare or individual eyelashes extension done at Balham. The strip lashes last upto a week, wheareas flare and individual lashes last upto 2 weeks and 4-6weeks respectively.
Facial
A facial includes cleanse, exfoliate, massage and moisturise your face and neck, leaving you fresh and radiant face. Suitable for all ages.
Massage
An array of movements with pressure is applied on your muscles to release tension, ache, pain and promote better circulation. An aromatic oil is applied on your skin to allow the movements flow smoothly, leaving you stress free and totally relaxed.
Beauty Treatments
Strip Wax
A fast method of hair removal where a thin layer of honey wax is applied on your skin and remove the hair from root with a strip of paper. Suitable for all hair types.
Hot Wax
A traditional, less painful and more gentle to the skin method of hair removal. An additional layer of oil is applied to your skin before the wax to ensure your skin is protected and soothed. The hair is removed from root without the need of paper strip. Ideal for those who have sensitive skin or coarse hair.
Tinting
Similar to colouring your hair, a colour of your choice (usually black or brown) is applied to your brows or lashes to maximise the definition of your brows/lashes. The result is fuller, more dramatic looking brows/lashes that last for weeks with little to no maintainance. Ideal for those who have busy or active lifestyle

Policy
Tardiness
• Scheduled appointments have a 10minutes grace period to allow for traffic or parking difficulties. If you anticipate that you will be later than 10 minutes, please call ahead to see if we have the availability to complete your service in full. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we might refuse partial or complete services.
Cancellations
• Appointments can be cancelled 24 hours in advance by calling us. Please give at least 24 hours notice so that we have the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another client on our waiting list. We understand that sometimes emergencies happen, and it's not always possible to give adequate notice when you can't make an appointment.
• In the event of repeated cancel/ no show appointments without proper notice then any recurring appointments, or future bookings will also be cancelled. If you wish to keep your scheduled appointments, please call the salon within 3 days of your missed appointment to secure them.
Refunds
• If you are not happy with your nails, please make us aware of it before you pay. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied.
No cash refunds will be given after you have left the salon.
Surveillance
• For your safety, and ours, our premises are monitored with CCTV.
Disclaimer
We always try our best to deliver top quality services, however if your Shellac or nail enhancement treatments come off within 7 days for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible to arrange for free repairs. We can not take any responsibility for any damage outside the 7 days period.
